Good grief! It's been awhile since I've posted anything.
I had such a great weekend. Friday I went to Window Wonderland. I go there every year, but I never get tired of...it really just gets me in the mood for Christmas. Saturday we decorated outside and put up the tree...yet another spirit booster. I had a Smore capuccino from the Hot Spot and to top it all off, we had Hanging of the Evergreens service, which was lovely. Sunday my mom's family came over for our Christmas dinner and I ate way too much Sweet Potato Souffle. I could eat my weight in that stuff!!!!
Can't wait til Thursday, 3 shows in one day and then I leave with the B*Nats for Disney World! Yay!!!!
Like Show Business...How true that song is. Last night I saw Annie Get Your Gun and was completely absorbed the whole time. It was nice to be an audience member, but there's nothing like being on stage. Great Job, Overlook! Yet another extremely sucessful show.
Ugh...boredom...slowly taking over. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I honestly think it was better when I had more homework...during the week anyway. I like staying busy, and right now, I feel like my life has come to a complete standstill. Argh...
Ugh...today was one of those days where it seemed like everything was kind of off balance. I was forgetting everything, putting things away and minutes later, not remembering where I had put them to begin with, sweating the small stuff, and just going crazy. Needless to say, I'm looking forward to my four day weekend...it is quite a relief, knowing that I get to sleep in, go for a walk and take care of Prudence, the rabbit I'm pet sitting.
I love rabbits and squirrels. I'd love to have a pet squirrel someday...but sadly it's illegal...I think.
I'm also worried about college applications...I'm wishing that my SAT scores would hurry up and get here because I think I did better on that sadistic form of torture this go around, and would rather the higher scores appear on a college application. Aaahhhhh...senior year is great but also comes with a lot of stress.
Can't wait to see Annie Get Your Gun. My name is even in the program because I helped with the set...that was exciting to see...teehee. :D
*Note to self: Find out if owning a squirrel is illegal in North Carolina.
Ugh...tap dancing is harder than I thought it would be. It's really fun, and I won't let myself quit, but I'm beginning to get discouraged. Thank goodness for Kelly...she's going to start helping me. I love Kelly!
Speaking of dancing, I can't wait for Cinderella. I'm so very excited about it...the show itself, rehearsals, anything and everything to do with a show. I miss the excitement.
There is some excitement in my life thought...BNats are going to perform in the Disney Candlelight Processional at Epcot! I'm so excited!!!! Yipeeeeee!!!! We just got our music today and it is absolutley FANTASMIC!!!!
So, as Rachie-poo and I were driving down the road, we see this kidding standing on the side of the road with sticks for horns and he had his tounge sticking out. He was staring at us very oddly and he looked like a little bull boy. Rachie and I were cracking up...laughing so hard I had to pretty much stop the car. I honestly think it's one of the strangest things I've ever seen...I don't think the poor boy had so much as a 20 watt bulb floating above his head.
